how about a better solution: fall *LESS*.

    that's a good one.

michael schumaccer rarely crashes or catches fire, but he's always
wearing a protective suit and helmet.

just as a unicyclist may rarely stack it, but should always wear
    protection.

Just a bit of advice: never vomit while wearing a full-face helmet.

  2. but Micheal Shumaccer doesnt race on one wheel! he is also retired,
    doesnt count.

i use motorbike gloves. they work really well. they have small rips in
them but i have had them for a while, almost a year now. motorbike
gloves can get hot though, but i got used to them after a few rides.

I hate going to weddings. All the grandmas would poke me saying "You're

    funerals.

  3. I bought some AXCS gloves a few months back for £3, and they're still
fine. They're leather with a hell of a lot of padding and they've saved
    my hands loads of times.

  4. Watch a good soccer game in the next little while and check out the
beaffy gloves that the goalies use. They are super padded and
definately are strong. They fall on them and roll around on them all
the time and they are definately made of leather. google it and check
    some out!!!!!

i use lush longboard slideing gloves without the lexan plates attached
they work great and have like tripple stiched seaams and thick leather
u can buy them from lushlonboards.com

I really like that idea, I fell with all my weight on my palm on the
edge of a stair the other day and now my palm is really swolen. If I
had had something hard and strong to spread out the impact it would
have helped alot. I have also found that I tend to slap the ground when
I fall on my hands causing my finger tips to actualy take a great deal
of impact and now my left ring finger has been swolen and bruised for a
good couple weeks from repeated smashing, but I guess that is partialy
due to the fact that I wear half fingered gloves.

  6. I've used those goaly gloves. I like em. I gut the finger tips off and
I'm ready to roll they give awsome grip and have saved my hands from
    becoming ground beef.

umm... have you ever worn keeper gloves before? they are made of a very
soft foam that deteriorates very quickly on the soccer field. If you
fell on anything but grass they would be absolutly shredded. To get a
pair of gloves with any kind of ventilation you need to spend more that
fifty dollars, and they would still fall apart very quickly. I have
been playing keeper for 8 years and I can guarentee that they are a BAD
choice. They are not designed for anything but grass and soccer balls.
They have no padding either, if you fall on anything hard you will
    totally regret it.
