Kknock on wood I have never had a flu shot and have avoided the flu for many years. I have two air filters in my home.......I keep my furnace filter clean.........I take lots of supplements.........drink lots of water.....and wash my hands often.........

that is probably the only thing that would be helpful...viruses are way too small to be caught by filters BTW...and drinking water won't kill the buggers either...
apparently you are just healthy...and not exposed as much as some others..
