There is a Lakeland in the Bluewater centre.
And just to keep this on topic, there are bike lockers
at Bluewater.

Been going there regularly since they opened but have never found an empty
locker (except for the broken one).
Doesn't matter whether I go first thing in the morning, last thing at night
or whenever.

I'm told the regulars (staff?) lock the empty lockers after removing the
bike so that they always have a locker reserved for their personal use.

Mind you, I have only ever tried one lot and I don't even know if there are
others that I haven't found yet.

Every time I go there I intend to contact the management but have never got
round to it.

For regulers read [censored]. They're just normal people that lock it so it
becomes their own, personal locker. Get permission and wander along at the
weekend with an angle grinder and free up some empty lockers. They might
even pay you for it.
