  1. 1 of 3 leaders??! Would have been on the team. Who believes that? Why
not select the guy? No wonder the italy struggles so baddly at worlds.
What a tard. RVD PREDICTION>>>Italy won't win now since they will be
spending all their effort making sure Rebellin doesn't win. Gotta to
race to win, not to keep others from winning.

Italian national team manager Franco Ballerini has said that Davide
Rebellin's quest for an Argentine passport to ensure he rides the world
championships road race in Verona on Sunday was unnecessary. "I can
understand his desire to ride the Worlds, but I was going to include
him in the team anyway," Ballerini told AFP.

But Ballerini had been prepared to give Rebellin a chance alongside
Bettini and Cunego. "He would have been one of the three team leaders
on the day, but instead he panicked and went off to get an Argentine
    passport.

I have to say that I still think REbellin has a better chance with a divided
Italian team that at the worst would ignore him. For crying out loud, he
gets no team mates from Argetina. He guaranteed that at best he is only in
an equal situation (no help) unless he was afraid he would be asked to work.
I actually think what it is (I am serious here) he is a highly ethical
person (and a cyclist too!) and he would have not attacked any Italians on
his team. Now he can attack them with a clear conscience. So there you have
it. He beleives he is stronger than the rest of them put together and he may
be right if he has the same form he did this spring. That would be amazing
for him to close the season with the rainbow jerseys (horizontal and
vertical) while representing a nation on his own. He went from "a loser
    no-hoper" to "a winner he don't need no-helpa".

That won't be necessary. Rebellin doesn't even start.

As of Right This Minute, he is not qualified to ride the Worlds

It is [censored]. His face doesn't fit for some reason and he gets [censored] on by
Fusi, Ballerini and the UCI Wankerz

Ballerini was a great rider. But as coach/manager he's hardly an iota better
    than nobody at all

Wait for 12h30 CET Friday to know for sure

I'm hoping he pulls it off though. I bet we see a Tonkov/Arndt salute
    if he does.

  6. What do you want to bet Rebellin sues over this?
