Heh. It actually surprised me that the bar ends weren't pointing way up!

You should make them aware of the mistakes. They probably don't even
realize it because they hired some brainless ad agency to do the ad.

Chidren under 14 years of age in the State of New Jersey are required to
wear a helmet when riding on a bicycle. The parent or guardian faces
fines up to $500 for each violation.

I guess 15 and over kids are a lost cause.

If it's a $500 fine for riding without a helmet, the father in the
photo would have to take out a mortgage to pay the fine for THAT
trick.

He'll have a flood memories about the good times with old Dad every
time he goes in for therapy. So sure, he could be ejected into traffic,
be tossed off the bike then ridden over by Dad, or slip that toe into
the spokes, have a spiral fracture of the leg, cause an endo, and have
his happy face driven into the concrete by Dad's weight (the hat
trick).
