It's difficult, if not downright unpleasant to carry enough food to
meet your needs. Liquid is heavy so use dehydrated food to keep the
weight down. Run a search on Wayfarer as food choice is a FAQ.

carbohydrate - 4
protein - 4
fat - 9
having said that too much fat makes me tired so I prefer carbs during
the day and fat in the evening.
