: It was just tendonitis that would not go away no matter what we did.
: After a marathon in October of 2004, I took a few days off and started
: in again. I had been dealing with a little tendonitis during
: training, but it wasn't enough to stop me. But after the marathon, it
: just wouldn't go away. I took a little time off, went to a

: I was running some long distances back then, and I am not sure I will

: Though I think a nice autumnal half M would be fun next year.

Thanks for the info. My tendonitis has been going on for 4 years- no
kidding. But I'm not ready to do the surgery option. I do find hill
training can hurt at first, but tends to bring short-term relief as the
tendons begin to loosen up.
I'm glad you're back to running.
Peace,
Brian
