To drag this thread, kicking and screaming, back vaguely onto topic,
this baby is fairly low carb. I give her cheese on toast; she picks the
cheese off and ignores the toast. I offer her a sandwich and she
doesn't even bother picking it up. Can't be arsed with biscuits.
Doesn't care at all for pasta, rice or porridge. Loves her meat and
fish and goes mad for mixed veg. Is happiest of all with a piece of
fruit, not fussy as to which fruit, although she isn't crazy about
pineapple.

I seriously hope she'll keep it up, as with my genes, the last thing she
needs is to develop a taste for the carbs. She's just turned two, so I
won't be able to control what she eats for much longer. I just hope
she's set up with good habits.
