    Did you include the zeroes from periods of coasting into your average? The answers you got here did.

    It's fine. There's really nothing good or bad about one's cadence.

    😕 Intensity is a function of power, not cadence. Low cadence can still be high intensity.

    I always ride with a powermeter!
