  1. At http://www.brinkzone.com/jointtroubles.html you write that you
can't personally vouch for Cetyl Myristoleate, but it seems like a
promising treatment for joint pain and health.

I was looking at a bottle (Vitamin Shoppe) when an old man with
trembling hands stopped next to me and said the stuff was better than
anything he had ever used. He told me to disregard the bottle's
instructions to take it with meals. It works best on an empty
    stomach, sez he.

    What do you suggest?

If you take it, don't take any caffeine. It neutralizes it.

Murder/suicide. But who goes first is up to you.

I am not Will, as I haver better taste in Presidential candidates, but,
the effects of CMO (that's its abbreviation, btw)varies greatly among
users. I tried it once, with little noticeable effect, but my arthritis
    is very minor anyway.

Have you looked at the website of the drug's discoverer?

Don't drink coffee within what period of time? This info is not found

In the last Pres election was it possible to exercise better taste?

My bottle (and http://www.cetylmyristoleate.com/page3.html ) sez CMO.
Will abbreviated it CMT. If left to me, I'd abbreviate it CM and risk
someone asking me why I'd want to ingest a compound movement.

Oh, and I forgot to mention, thanx for letting me know I purchased the
wrong brand. Next time please let me know after I report wonderful
results using a product that probably doesn't work.

I don't know or care what is on that site.

I have used this stuff twice. It knocked out some budding arthritis each
time. I did some research and talked to some knowledgable folks. What I
    learned is this.

    1) Most of this stuff is [censored]. Only some of it is good. Get the good stuff.

    2) This stuff is body weight dosed. Since I am a big guy, I needed to buy
twice the recommended cmo to make it work.

    3) And ANY kind of caffeine during the program will keep it from doing what
    it needs to.

I talked to a knowledgable rep about this. He said the reason that most
manufacuturers don't put this on the bottle is because they could sell more
    product this way.

Are you sure it was actually Cetyl Myristoleate? I didn't think it ever
made it to market on any large scale.

I don't understand the question. Suggest what? Try it if you want I
suppose, though it seems like things lke fish oils, Glucos, MSM, etc.
have a better track record and more data behind them.

    Empty stomach or with meals.

And what about Lee's advice to give up caffeine while you're taking
    it?

Not something I have looked into, sorry.

Ditto to the above. I need to research and update that article it
appears as I recently did for the "Hair today gone tomorrow" article.
