Think about this. If Lance gets sanctioned for the 99 Tour then he should
have to surrender the next two wins also as it is the rule, you get caught
then you are suspended for two years.

How will he know you didn't use EPO to train for Mt Baker?

UCI sanctions him or not. I have absolutely no expectation that the UCI will
sanction Armstrong for anything.

In Brian's defense that's not really going to be a problem for him.
He's spent a lot of time concentrating on climbing, and has dropped
quite a bit of weight too. He'd do as well as someone that tall and his
age could.
Seen a lot of his back wheel this year, except on the descents.
