Atkins products 90% off

free shipping which is good- I've tried a few bars, and I think they are a
good buy but the quantity is too high- 180 candy bars!! I allow myself 1 a
week.

reason I find on the Atkins website is lack of demand and they are
changing the labels of products still offered to the new "NET ATKINS
COUNT" label

ebay and they will last me forever.

Just checked the use by date on the only thing I like from Atkins... the
apple breakfast bars.

It was May '05

That's why they're so cheap.

I saw that- It doesn't bother me to buy out of date- but such a large
quantity.

At the moment I have 2 boxes of advantage bars at work. that is plenty. a
case would be too much of the same thing.

I once went on a slender bar diet after the birth of my girls- it worked,
but it doesn't train you on how to eat. I keep atkins bars and shakes at
work in case I get a schedule change or need to work overtime. no food is
otherwise available. I'm really full after a bar and a big glass of water.
At 250 calories, its a meal.

so the prices here would be good for you- lots of bargains online. I had a
shake this morning at work- better nutrition that 2 cups of coffee & cream.

Watcher on the label and the net carbs listed.

Supplements - They always sold well. I don't get them anyways.
Plenty of good quality supplements are around from many brands.

I liked the atkins Supplements because they have a lot in them-so less pills
to take, but in 2 daily doses. I never got a upset stomach, or worse, so I
tolerated them well.

What one brand is good for is hard to compare in another. If some one has
done the homework- post it!

This is true of most of the expensive supplements. Tru an
MLM one like Herbalife, Sunrider or whatever and for $100
per month you can get high dosage tablets. In the end I
chose going with less expensive and spend the difference
on imported cheese and such.

There was a recent discussion of the topic on ASDLC. The
comparison isn't that hard for items in the same store.
Put them side by side and compare the labels. It take
knowing what you really want from a supplement, but there
are plenty of books on that topic.
