Pancakes are not low carb.

I use the carb solutions blueberry ones, which are not bad. Definitely
not the real thing, but still pretty good once you put butter and syrup
on them. I also use the Atkins syrup, which other than being a little
too thin, is ok too. I think Blaine on FitTv made some from scratch.
You could try there for recipes, also Low Carb and Loving It on foodtv
may have recipes. -
atkins syrup sucks...get the CArey's sugar free..thicker and tastes better.
The pancakes from the mix are not bad. i like to add a little SF
flavoring..caramel, butter toffee or the like.

I have eaten both the Atkins pancake mix and syrup together. Be
carefgul how many pancakes you eat or it could take you out of ketosis
like any kinda carbs will. His syrup is very thin and made with
liquis sucralose wich is very very low carb, just as it claims.IMHO, they taste nasty alone or together-- well except I do like to
use the syrup in teriyaki marinades and other places a bit of sweet
maple flavor is desired (like on a ham). I made the pancakes once and
the rest of the bag is sitting in my cupboard... I should throw it away
it's been over 2 mos, lol.YMMV

thanksAvoid the 'too thin' Atkins maple syrup.
And make your own pancakes using soy flour and blueberries and a dab
almond or other flour.JimL
