  1. Hi- I just bought some of the Atkins Low-Carb Breakfast Cereal- It
only has 3 carbs and 100 calories- I ate it with the Hood Low Carb
Milk - In total, the cereal has 150 calories and 4 carbs- Do you
think this will slow my weight loss?

LOL. How about All-Bran Extra Fiber and plain yogurt? The breakfast of

I've gotten out of some, but the whole list is: chef, restaurant owner,
food and nutrition writer, commercial food product designer, operations
consultant, food manufacturer and packager, radio call-in host (about
    food), and, my favorite, diner.

    Why?

  17. I just checked the net carb content of "All Bran with Extra Fiber". 7
grams of net carbs per serving. I've probably eaten a salad containing
7 grams of net carbs before.
