He'd look OK if he lost 15 pounds. Traps aren't bad.

His facial expression is truly awe-inspiring
Seems like a total waste even with all those years of weight training
in his younger days. It only takes couple of years in neglect to look
like him now. Sad.

Well, there's the downside to being huge. You get a high mantenance
body. And with age, other things in life eventually take priority.

Wasn't this photo taken before the most recent Terminator movie? They
ought to post a photo of him from the movie, as he looks more like his
old self again - and THAT might be a better shot of steroid use...

Come on. True, it's an unflattering shot, but they cropped his arms
out! The man still has guns. But, yeah, the ol' gray chest hair has
gotta go if he's going to begin to look anything like the before image.
I don't think a few extra pounds on his Austrian abs make Arnold sad,
brudda. Show some respect.

It's a sad shame he's become such a heavy cigar smoker.
I'm sure that that has huge impact on his general health.
After all those years of fitness, it's probably the biggest mistake he's
made.
We'll be reading about some tobacco related illness if he continues, I'm
sure.

He's become a Politician...
What would you expect?
His body has gotten him everything he needed/wanted,
so why not let it go? He has no use for it anymore. ;-)

I believe this was taken after his heart surgery, way before Terminator3.
Still, keep yer shirt on when you look like that.

As someone mentioned thats a bad pic of him after his heart surgery.
Recently seen at the Arnold Classic and also on the Extreme
HomeMakeover tv show (proenviromental house) he is very thin faced (low
bodyfat) and looks very fit.

He doesn't look nearly as out-of-shape (for him) in this movie as the photo
above would lead one to believe. How can you know which is more recent?

Even if this picture is legit, there is no justification for your
statement that cigars are going to have a "huge impact on his general
health". If he was smoking cigarettes, I would agree with you, but
there is a significant difference between smoking cigarettes and smoking
cigars. Cigar smoke is NOT inhaled into the lungs (except by people who
do not have a clue), like a cigarette. If there are health
repercussions related to cigar smoking, they are typically restricted to
the mouth and throat, not the lungs. In the last interview I read in
Cigar Aficionado with Arnold, he stated that his cigar consumption is
one - two per day. This is hardly what would be construed as "a heavy
cigar smoker". As a comparison, George Burns smoked 10-12 cigars a day
until his death at the ripe old age of 100 (non-tobacco related, btw).
I am not advocating anyone start smoking cigars. It can be an expensive
vice, although and enjoyable and very relaxing one. I am not arguing
that there are no potential health repercussions that can result from
smoking cigars. Just do not confuse cigar smoking with cigarette
smoking. They are two completely different animals.

This was taken right after T3, way after the heart surgery photo. Dude has
still got the greatest biceps ever.
