All that he'd have to do is offer to provide a urine sample every day of the tour, to be frozen for testing at any point in the future (e.g., when more sensitive tests for whatever potential product that anyone suggests that he might be taking become available).
Then (if he really was clean) he could challenge all the other contenders to do the same.

Sounds like a great idea. I wonder if they keep any samples currently--blood or urine.

Actually he sort of already has to do this. If he wins a stage he has to submit a sample and random riders are picked after each stage to submit a sample. "They" already have PLENTY of Lance's blood on file.

No, if anything, they have plenty of LANCE's _urine_ on file.

IIRC the Tour de France organization now stores the blood samples from the in competition tests that they perform.

Felcia Ballanger Former World/Olympic champion, retired and now back riding again, has had samples of her blood and urine from her previous racing days frozen for just this reason

No, if anything they have plenty of spectra from LANCE's urine on file. I don't think testing sensitivity is the issue so much as knowing what to look for.

Who sure as hell wouldn't stockpile urine around HIS lab.

Chew on this: How wrong is the world when the right answer is frozen urine?
And finally, should it come to that, and the cyclists are found clean, the instigators, antagonists, and prosecutors should be made to eat a wee-wee snow cone.
