No, we're talking about two very different tents here. Last year's
model was a proper tent with separate flysheet; easy to pitch, even in
the dark; waterproof and toasty warm. Its only problem IMO is the very
small vestibule, which doesn't provide enough room to use the Trangia
(or cheap copy thereof, in my case), so in wet weather it's a bit of a
pain. This year's tent is the single-skin aberration that's for sale on
eBay, and is generally reckoned to be a very poor relation to its older
cousin.
