Are there multi-vitamins better than this?

Bring you bottle to Target or Rite-Aid. Look at the nutrients and compare to
the cheap vitamins for sale at these places. I think you will find that you
can find a cheap multivitamin that is similar to what you are taking for far
less. Remember, the NSI Synergy multivitamin was designed with marketing in
mind, not science or you health. You will get something that is good enough
for a lot less money at the discounters.

Speaking for myself, I have a fear of pills, whatever it is they do.
Capsules sound even scarier to me, and the thought of taking six of
them is daunting. I don't know why, but I just don't trust them.
I work out a lot, and I need multivitamins, so I struggled a long time
to find something that I felt sure of.
Where I live, there are liquid multivitamins available, and those are
supposed to be easier for the body to absorb as well, it also spending
less energy on digesting it, and breaking it down.
I'd recommend switching to that.
I also use natural supplements, feel free to visit my website to see
what they are. I don't want to drag company names in here, as I have
personal interest in this, so I'll leave it to the reader to decide if
it's interesting. 🙂

The LEF Mix costs around 40 bucks a month if you do two things:

1) Become a member

2) Buy a year's supply during their super-sale.

How do you know you are buying a quality product? Maybe those cheap
vitamins are cheap for a (bad) reason?

Yes and no, what is your goal in using vitamins and why do you think you
need them and in answer to the above what is it about the brands at your
local stores at a fraction of the price that excludes them?

I took a look at it, it's interesting. Any other recommendations out
there? I just want a good basic multivitamin but loaded with
antioxidants (grapeseed, alpha lipoic, mixed vit E, green tea extract).
If I can't have it all on one bottle, then I don't mind buying 2
seperate bottles. One bottle for basic multivitamins and another
bottle for antioxidant formula.

I don't mind store brands but none of them carry what I'm looking for.

Try MegaFood's Alpha product. It is a "food form" type of
vitamin & mineral supplement. But take ONLY one caplet after each meal.
