in carbs, and highest in fiber, or are they basically the same?
My favorite apples are winesaps (or the hybrid Stayman winesap).
They're super [censored] and super hard, and they have a tougher skin, which
might mean more fiber, but I couldn't say for sure. And, they tend to
be a smaller apple, unlike a Red Delicious or something. So, I can eat
a whole one without getting too full, and I guess fewer carbs too.
But, if I'm eating an apple, I;m obviously not too concerned with the
carb count.
I'm picky about my apples. I live in "pick-your-own" apple country, so
if it's not a day or two off the tree, I'm not interested. Apple
season is just around the corner for me. I expect they'll be showing
up at the farmer's market in the next week or so (early Macs might
already be there....haven't been to the farmer's market in a few
weeks).
At the regular super market, I'm okay with Granny Smiths. They seem to
hold up best in storage than other apples I've tried. I can't stand a
mealy, grainy, mushy apple. Yuck.

A bench press of 110?
So you're weak, small and stupid then.
It's probably the apples that are causing your problems.

So your bench press is even lower than that?
That's just sad.
