  1. The APFT is the US Army Physical Fitness Test. It consists of three
events, pushups, sit ups, and a two-mile run; however, at the time I
retired from the army in May 1983, soldiers age forty or over were
required to do just the run. Passing score on the test is 60 points out
of 100. A woman age 62 or over needs to run the two miles in 20:00 or
better to get 100 points. Sixty points requires 24:55 to 25:00. (BTW,
these times for a man aged 62 or older would get 60 and 13 points,
respectively; a man that age needs 15:42 to max the run.)

I decided, instead of my scheduled three mile run, to see how well I
would do on this test today, so I ran two miles. My time was 24:23,
which was good for 65 points. In fact, that time is a passing score for
    a woman aged 52.

One of the many places on line that contains all the AFPT criteria is

Crossing the starting line is 90%.
Crossing the finish line is the other 90%.

Don't let GW get wind of it or you may be busy for the next 15 months.

I have been safe from recall ever since my 62nd birthday. They would
have to change federal law to recall me.

But considering that it is GW, you pay have a point. But he wouldn't
want me back on active duty because I take my oath to protect and defend
the *constitution* very seriously. I also take seriously my oath to
obey *lawful* orders of those appointed above me.

I know don't feed the trolls but stuff like this makes you a low life
    scum bag. Grow up baby.

What do you mean that that makes him one? He's repeatedly proven that
he is one. No wait, that would be an insult to low life scum bags world
    wide.

I'm sure that he wouldn't say stuff like that in person; he is too much
of a coward to do that.

With a face like yours, I'd be too busy running away, Michael.

Are you that desperate for attention? You are a very sad and lonely
human being when bully trolling is the only way anyone converses with
    you.
