hmm. Maybe its made by the same manufacturer that makes the Ritchey stems.
Actually, it's very well made, seems strong, clean welds, etc. - in fact that applies to their bikes too. I've got over 2K on my Zeppelin and loved every minute in the saddle. Their other components are well made too. For instance their cables are teflon coated and very smooth. Good stuff.
