  1. I know you can pick up bulk 12gr threadless at Walmart et al, but does any
sell threaded carts in bulk? Mail/internet order is fine.

    Thanks

  2. Getting them online is hard because of air shipping. I get mine from a
Restaurant supply store in my area. ~$.25 a pop. Quite a markup on
    those little guys.

Wow, that's great info! Does your supplier have them only in 12gr?

I've seen threadless in restaurant catalogs, but not threaded. And most of
them are 8grams. They use them them to spritz up drinks.

Are yours threaded or threadless and what size are they? Brand?

    Thanks!

And to make "whipped" cream (in the Reddi-Whip manner) ?

I once bought a box of 50 16g threaded for something like $50 plus
shipping on Ebay. I didn't bid but used the "buy it now" option.

    I see a box of 100 12g for $30 plus shipping.

With $20 shipping it works out to $50 or $0.50 per cyl.

I have given up using them since they cost too much.
You can get a functional pump for <$20 and it never runs out of gas.

  7. Right - I only have found one place here that has the threaded, but my
buddy uses those so I don't know the brand. I just get the basic small
one (8oz?) that barely gets you to 100psi for a 700x23. I think I pay
6.99 for 24 or something. I see them for $2 a pop at shops and as much
as I like to support the LBS...that's just too much. Too bad they
don't sell housing and cables at Restaurant stores.

  8. Our team goes through them pretty quickly in the winter and people hate
to wait for the pump. That, and we already avg 1
pump-falling-out-at-an-inopportune-time per winter it seems so CO2 it
    is.

  9. You'd be better off in the long run to just buy an inflater that can handle
both threaded and unthreaded cartridges, like the Innovations Proflate:
