  1. There was a post a few months ago for a site where you could trace your route out online using satalite maps that you could zoom in or out on. It would give you exact distances. Does any one remember what that site was? I can't remember it my self. Must be post-Katrina related stress syndrome or just absent-mindedness.

    youre right, it is a good site indeed. designed for runners though so the calorie calculator is unrealisticly high for a bike ride.

    That was it. I bookmarked it this time. It even shows very small country roads out in the "boonies" of Louisiana where I am not sure if they take American money yet. I'll try to post some post-katrina photos of my Saturday morning route. This place is a mess.
