Anyone live near Orford?

Orford (Suffolk), not Oxford...although I actually live fairly near
Lechlade (10 miles).

Go to Fairford on the A417 (it's not that busy) and then head north into
the Cotswolds. It can be a bit hilly :-)

There's a cafe in Northleach with a CTC "Cyclists Welcome" sign. Just
off the main road in a bit of a dip.

I was in that area last weekend. I had hoped to take my bike - if only
for the chance of riding on some unfamiliar roads for a change - but
didn't and wouldn't have had much time for cycling anyway. However, I
can tell you that it looks like fantastic cycling country - rolling but
not too hilly, and very picturesque.

I live in Woodbridge, which is the postal town for Orford, and #1 son
has a mate whole lives in Orford. Nice place, if a little out of the
way. What you going there for, work or pleasure?
