Umm, powder coating is plastic, not a material reknowned for its
magnetic qualities.

Powder coating is a type of dry coating, which is applied as a
free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between a conventional
liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not
require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid
suspension form. The coating is typically applied electrostatically and
is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a "skin."

I think you meant to refer to the electrostatic charge put on the
frame/powder to cause it bond better. This is a technique has also been
used in professional spray paintintg for decades, to reduce paint waste
adn ensure even cover.

i dont really understand what your asking.

yes it exists, hes riding it.

its a custom unicycle though. you could buy the parts and put it
together.

i want to get my uni dement(sp?) coated!
thats what they use on offshore oil rigs, thats what my dad's boat
trailer is painted w/, it is 20 years old and is still shiny and pretty
and we never do anything to it. its only worn off in extreme high-usage
areas where we touch it several times a day.
