One of my local walking shops (Open Air, in Cambridge) sells
the quick-release buckles. They also sell nylon webbing in
various sizes, so you could make the straps yourself.

Other possible sources :

I've bought suitcase straps that look like a bigger version
of this, so you might try a travel goods shop.

Velcro do a range of adjustable straps, though I don't think
they have the quick release feature. Very good for holding
bedrolls together, though.

If you can find a kite festival, there are usually suppliers
of all sorts of webbing, toggles, D-rings etc. there.

Baby equipment uses a lot of those quick-release catches -
you might try Mothercare !

Well, it looks very similar to the Rohan belt. There were
three sold on eBay this last week but otherwise I think they
sell for about £5 each.

I'd direct you to the web site URL but it's down for
maintenance at the moment.

Make them yourself, any gear shop will sell you both the
tape and the buckles... standard fair, nothing esoteric

local army surplus store and other places for them.

i hate it when simple things are so obvious that you dont
consider them :-/

Last time I was there B&Q Warehouse sold this type of thing.
Might not be exactly the same but they had a fair selection
of webbing and buckles etc.
