  1. Hi,
Anyone got an unwanted alpine classic entry they're willing to part with?

Also, last night i was listening to MMM (bad move i know) but there was some
shockjock tool on there talking about cyclists..
One comment was "these guys pay nothing! yet they can legally take up the
whole lane!, they should pay $50 a year and wear a vest with numbers to
    identify them"

An old, uneducated argument which made me wanna take a sledgehammer to his
knees (and to all the neanderthal MMM listeners who called up agreeing with
    his silly opinions)

Give him his props he absolutely canned 4wd users in the city when the article came out about them being obese, narrowminded etc. Spent the whole of the show on it..

Sometimes I think we should just push for rego to make them STFU. Then I could take the lane with complete impunity.

Nothing, except you coming to pick it up, or sending me an email
with your address so I can mail it to you.

Usual bollox - did you hear this in Melboring or interstate? Someone posted on the Bike-QLD list a very similar complaint. Love how these national syndicated programs try to sound local - MediaWatch did a great pisstake on this earlier this year with a prizewinner who had to record tags for every state. Bloody pathetic. Noticed a chicken subway, *ahem* meant to type Brigitte Duclos was on the Glasshouse last night.

Oh, yeah, Audax Alpine. Was considering either the 70 or 72km, but my usual pissweak prep will get in the way. Probably will spend the day sweating it out at the local winery or harshly flogging myself while kicking back with a few ales as Bikesoiler does it soft on the 200. 😄

hahahahahahaha fool, there is no way that will happen.
The rego argument is just the mark of the fool. The really sad thing is
that under universal franchise, these idiots get to vote.

If he remembers correctly, the TimC might have liked that guy a decade
ago, before he switched over to JJJ. TimC nearly stuffed that
    sentence up.
