Dear ng ! I love cooking and prepared a delicious fish
recipe, but the fish smell remains in our kitchen ... Apart
from thorough cleaning, is there maybe a grandmother's trick
to get rid of the fish smell ? Something like an onion that
absorbs the smell ? It seems that the odour chemicals have
attached to many places. Thanks a lot, Monique

Your suggestion of incense is the best. After a lot of
experimentation, I've found Sandalwood to be the most
effective. It's the most popular in Asia as well. -
