Well I just bought a 3XL Louis Garneau sleeveless jersey and I feel like 10lbs of [censored] in a stuffed in a 5lbs bag. I guess with their label size to product actual size I'd need a 5XL or so. My goal is to slim down so it will fight better as time goes on. Any fat bodies out there have a suggestion? I'd rather have a nice cycling jersey that fits insted of being an over stuffed sausage. Ummn Sausage...:p

Well? I figure like anything clothing isn't all going to fit the same. Anyone find jerseys that seemed way bigger than what one would expect? Throw me a bone here. The bike shops normally stock jerseys for horse jockeys and not anything bigger. Always special order. Hard to try something if you have to order it.

Euro sizing runs smaller than US, particularly for the "pro fit" race style jerseys.
Take a look at American brands such as Bellweather and look for the looser "club fit" style.

For sizes from 2XL to 4XL (US) check out Borah Plus: mtborah.comindex.aspOpen ↗
For sizes up to XL (US), try Mt. Borah: mtborah.commtborah.comOpen ↗They are more into mountain bike than road bike, but when I was 265 pounds, I was not wearing lycra shorts in public. Their jerseys run a little large, even in US terms, so while I would have needed at least a 3X in Louis Garneau, the Mt. Borrah XL was big enough.

Here is another place to search. I've ordered a few times and they have great service. Also, they have a good sizing chart with explanations between US and Euro fit.
Enjoy,

I'm 6'1", 315lbs, 42" waist, 32" inseam, 60" chest, and a 18" neck.
Yeah I'm big enough. Working hard to return to a better/former me.
Just looking at options last night I did find some jerseys in the 5XL that should fit me. Nothing yet I like though. I found a Pink Floyd Division Bell jersey I really liked, but if only I was half the man I am. In case anyone wonders. My former Marine Corps self I was 200lbs, 34" waist, and 58" chest. I must get back to that point. -
The 4X Borah Plus Jersey should fit you. It is listed as 58-60 chest, but I think they run large. http://mtborah.com/index.asp?CompID=44&action=ViewProduct&ProductID=348&CategoryID=64

The Borah Plus is a viable option. Kind of bland on the colors though and no sleeveless option. I might as well wear a t-shirt.
I guess my thoughts of wearing a cycling jersey was not to have the shirt flopping in the wind and having it breath while being more snug. Something sleaveless cause I don't always get to show off the art. The biggest thing was a loud color like safety green. Them Yahoos and their cars should see me in something like that!
