  1. Are there any F1 fans on this forum? Has anyone watched the Monaco GP today? Charles Leclerc wins the Monaco GP for the first time in his career.

  2. Carlos Sainz has signed a two year extension with Red Bull that will keep him at the team until 2026. Did you see this coming?

    He led the race in Austria for 62 laps but then had a collusion with Lando and finished 5th in the race. George Russell got the race win.

  7. Arthur Leclerc will replace Carlos Sainz in Abu Dhabi FP1. He and Charles Leclerc will be the first brothers to drive together in an F1 session.

  8. heard some cyclists swear by pasta for training, carbo-loading and all that. but i'm more of a believer in eating what you enjoy, keeps you motivated. just make sure you get enough protein for muscle repair. and stay hydrated, obvs. rest is important too. not just food.
