  1. My turn on Sunday to have an egg lobbed at me from a car full of yoofs on a country lane.

Just to confirm they were Total Losers they missed ;-)

(I did harbour a fantasy that I may round a bend to find the car in a ditch with them trapped inside
at exactly the same time I needed a pee and my mobile 'phone battery made a public display of being
    discharged)

Pete (who's not in the least vindictive).

    I've mentioned this here before.

I once had someone discard their cigarette end as I overtook. I patted the offending object back
    through the window.

Our running club was out one wet day, lots of puddles. Car driven by oik, with several more oiks in,
deliberately drenches them by driving at speed through puddle. Lots of cheering from oiks.

A mile further on, car is in middle of really big puddle, having been inundated with water. Water is
up to the sills. Driver plaintively asks for a push.

    There is justice.

Am I the only one who's been *shot at* by a motorist I must have delayed for all of 7 seconds?

I had a letter in our local paper about this. I pointed out that the bozos should have paid more
attention in their physics class. If they chuck a bottle out of the window AFTER they've passed,
then it's going at about 20 mph AWAY from me.

  9. I have been punched and knocked off my bike by a t*sser in passenger seat of car..all because "I was
going too fast at possible o/t places" obviously I should have slowed down at these places same as a
    tractor is obliged to.

Got his reggy though and contacted police.

No... I was shot in the leg by an airgun wielding moron on my way home from work last year. Police
attended and were helpful but not optimistic. They let me use their first aid kit, and made me a cup
of coffee while they took a statement. I carried on riding home.

Isn't that rather jumping to the conclusion that they're able to read?

  13. I was at a critical mass type ride in london town, in memoriam of a cyclist killed by a drunk driver
and some lovely fellow, obviously offended by the infringement of his right to move at 30mph
actually decided to try to run a good set of people over. At least 5 people were knocked off,
horrible, horrible things happened to his car after that though. Havn't heard anything about this
man being caught though, maniacs like that shouldn't be too hard to spot.

Moving fast, even on a bike seems to do funny things to some peoples heads.
