investigated how much weight you could lose by going to the loo, having
a shave, clipping your toenails, etc.

Probably not, in all honesty. They grip the bottle only quite close to
the top.

Your weighing scales does grams? The one I have has a 100g
granularity. And that is guaranteed to be the same if I step on, off
