I dug out an old movie to watch tomorrow night with popcorn - sorry, Carol,
no Fiddle Faddle! GASLIGHT starring Ingrid Bergman, Charles Boyer, Joseph
Cotton. And "introducing" Angela Landsbury as a little [censored] of a housemaid
named Nancy (no reflection on anyone we know!). Gosh she was a pretty young
thing.
Happy Anniversary, kili and TFM!

It's what 2 years now? I'm glad you're having a great life together. Just
wait until you hit 16 years, like Steven and I. The *real* fun begins...
TFM seems like a great guy but you really should learn him how to eat a
burger =8o)
Michael <- slept with contact lenses in and eyes swollen shut this morning.
Doesn't know if it's the lenses or Ramsey sleeping on my head all night.

I watched Dial M for Murder last night. Grace Kelly, Ray Milland (sp).
It's of my fave classics along with Rear Window and To Catch a Thief. Had a
left over caramel apple, popcorn and a big diet soda to nosh on.

Slept with contact lenses in my eyes many times. Well, passed out, really.
You wake up and go, "Oh no, not again!" Drag your butt out of bed and put
them in their case. I feel your pain, Michael.
Yeah, I can't wait for 16 years with TFM. He's really a wonderful guy. He
treats me like gold.
Oh, Michael? I can't learn him to eat a burger. He's tryin' to "learn" me.
LOL. He claims it's not a burger if grease isn't dripping down your arm
when you eat it. Someday, the four of us will get together, I swear, and
he'll show ya. It's downright embarrassing. <G>

Gaslight and Dial M for Murder are both two excellent movies! How about
Arsenic and Old Lace? That's another classic!

When I sleep with my contacts in it takes about an hour for the haze to
clear. It's like I'm looking through fog. Do your's do that?
Mine do! Do you wear gas-permeable as well?

You don't like your meat cooked though IIRC? I doubt a burger is going
to really work well for you. It will likely be one of those things you
guys will always differ on. Well maybe not always. It took me 11 years
before I would eat kibby raw but now I love it. It hasn't been much
more than about 5 years since I started eating my steak like DH - rare.
We still differ on the squash - rutabegger(sp) thing. He hates squash
but loves rutabegger and I'm the reverse. It's one of the very few
veggies I don't care for but unlike eggplant I will tolerate just a
litter rutabergger.
Oh, I love my burgers basically raw. LOL. TFM would eat his that way, but
he's too worried about e-coli - that's why we're talking about spending the
money for a meat grinder. I've had 1 bout with e-coli from eating almost
raw meat, but that was it. Do you know how many years I've been eating meat
this way? 20? and only 1 incident? Good odds. Still, I'm opting for the
meat grinder.
For the most part, I'm lucky that my hubby and I enjoy the same foods; he
just likes his with a "kick". I think we have every type of hot sauce made
in the free world and beyond. I've gotten him to appreciate sea monsters,
sushi, sashimi and chowder. OTOH, he has never been able to get me to eat
greens, buscuits, sausage, gravy, meatloaf, etc. Ick. I'm a salad/fish
person. I don't do the "conventional" comfort foods. Peel & eat shrimp is
my comfort food. Well, that and crab. :~)

we ever divorce our husbands you and I would make perfect room mates. Well,
unless we have the same taste in men =:o
