Victoria C. Rivamonte, PsyD
Matthew B. Smith, MD
Violated my HIPPA privacy rights.
Sexually violated me.
Psychologically abused me.
Endangered my life.
Amost killed me.
Allowed me to almost die, unattended, untreated, during a sucidal
crisis.
Told me I needed no legal counsel.
Obstructed my ability to report these violations.
Concealed information and misreprsented facts in my medical records.
Allowed me to blame myself for their abuse and lies.
Further, there was a Dual Relationship conflict of interest
between Rivamonte and Robin Goodman, PhD, to whom I reported
while a volunteer at the NYU Child Study Center.
That dual relationship conflict severely endangered my therapy
with Rivamonte, and resulted in her severe psychological abuse of me
over an extended period of time, beginning in spring 2003.
That is an Egregious Abuse of Power
Of a regulated profession.
Yes, I have documentation.
Yes, I have provided this material to my physician.
Yes, this is Illegal.
Yes, I intend to file reports with NY State Boards.
Sincerely,
Virginia Hooper.
