not all that much older than me, mentioned that when he was a kid, the
YMCA was strictly all male and that swimming was done in the nude. So,
at least ~50 years ago, someone in the US approved.

and a YWCA next door.

This I knew. 🙂 The Y where I belong now is actually a YW and a YM
under the same roof - two different organizations, lots of complicated
scheduling, and certainly co-ed everywhere in both except the locker
rooms.

I'm in my early fifties and we swan naked in school gym class as well

Could be. I don't know enough about drugs or training to evaluate the
veracity of his claims. Prior to the Jew-baiting, etc., when he was a more
or less serious contributor here, it seemed like he could hold his own in
threads with PA and the like. I guess all of those guys are gone now. With
the Balco thing going on, I doubt we'll see that type of discussion for a
while.

booth. He was talking at length to some sleazy little guy in a white
dress shirt with an old-style pencil moustache. Only when the guy
left did PA say to me, "That was Victor Conte." He did that
intentionally so I wouldn't stir up a fight.

Victor was obviously very knowledgeable, but he was a lying piece of
[censored]. Likewise, Lysis was very knowledgeable, but he was a cruel and
narcissistic piece of [censored]. The positive aspects do not necessarily
forgive the negative ones.

resist poking him with sticks, and then didn't like it when he
predictably got it up him in spades!! ;o)

Lysis was in fact a knowledgeable and useful contributor here, long

They made us swim in junior high naked.
Claimed sanitation was an issue,
i.e. bacteria growing on swimsuits left in lockers.
