Yuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck. It's bad enough in water.
IMO Gatorade should only be drunk after a race when it is free. Other
sports drinks are ok but Gatorade - bleuch.

And I can't even claim smoking has destroyed my taste bugs, but I've
never really minded gatorade. Hey, sugar -- it's good for you!

cfsmtb style: Mousse au Chocolat Deluxe. Simply add various quantities of milo powder to King Island Cream. Mix to suit personal taste. 🙂

Add Cointreau while beating until fairly stiff.

aaaaaaaactually.... i recall a housemate of mine back in ye olde days of 1999, that used to mix in the red powdered gatorade with plain yoghurt and eat that...
i thought it was terrible, but then again i wasnt smoking as much pot as he was.
probably went down a treat when he was coming down from whatever the fsck he was high on that weekend and at least it gave him some much needed nutrients and ABC bacterium so i kinda kept my mouth shut...
sorry... off on a tangent, but what i meant to say was... try it with yoghurt, you might like it :p

puke. Don't they put ice cream topping into plastic bottles?
If not, even the kids worked out to wrap the glass bottle of ice cream
topping inside ther towel.
sigh, the days of tours punctuated by 4/6L icecream tubs; bring your own
spoon and bowl.

Never take cointreau on a bicycle ride. Its precence only leads to
arguments, and that is before it is "drunk".

No sir, I would never confess to eating powdered Powerade direct from
the container. Not me. No way.

It's good, isn't it?
And it is rather cheaper than sherbert, and you can't taste the salt,
because it's in much smaller quantities than the 3 scoops you scoop
into a 750ml bidon (it's quite tangy and flavourful -- you only need a
teaspoon to cover a bowl of ice-cream).
