You musclebound [censored] are so far behind the times (and Rec.running)
that I feel it is my obligation to enlighten you imbeciles.
First we had the stupid advice about taking anti-inflamitories before,
during, and after WO's. BAD NEWS BOY! This is NOT a recommended
practice. Using these within several hours of WO's is a bad idea
because they interfere with the normal muscle recovery, which
naturally involves a certain amount of swelling. That's old news on
RR, here you guys don't have a clue. Not to mention they can mask
"warning signs" that you are close to a serious injury.
Next we have the more recent post about Glucosamine Chondrotin. That's
old news on rec.running. We discussed that info about a year ago.
You guys should subscribe to RR just for the education. That is
providing you can figure out how...
Don't thank me, just send money (no personal checks, cash, MO'ers, or
your CC info will be fine.)

You guys should subscribe to RR just for the education.Try Google Groups, Davidson, you insipid moron. GC has been discussed
for many years in this newsgroup. I found a few of my own posts
discussing it in 2001, and several more discussing it every year
thereafter. Your inability to find those posts may have something to
do with your inability to properly spell "chondroitin."Likewise, if you weren't such a dolt, you might realize that the
effect of anti-inflammatory drugs on muscle development has also been
discussed to death for years in MFW. You would just need to be bright
enough to Google for the term "NSAID" (non-steriodal anti-inflammatory
drug), which you obviously are not.Your problem is obvious: http://www.gambino.com/funstuff/manager1.jpg

Ok so maybe your happy with a 2", but as I was humping your wife, she
kept saying how she wished you had 14" like me. Notice you've been
"throwing a hotdog down a hallway" lately? Oh wait, that'd be no
difference to you. -

Actually, for Williams it was quite funny, given that he rarely
