    After just spending 2 weeks looking after someone in this area, i would contradict this statement. Atleast for the time frame 3.00pm - 4.00pm.. when all the four wheel drives are out on the school run, tearing around the streets taking short cuts etc. I dont suppose the article mentioned some of the councils efforts to stop the speeding with all the speed humps in back streets that are going in.

    Anyway, on a lighter note..your avatars always amuse me.. so with that in mind, have you seen this?
