  1. Here's the latest info regarding our '04 annual weekend. I will also try to
email this to everybody on the group spamming list:

    FRIDAY P.M.:

My contingent should be at the cabin in Lakewood Village around 3pm. Look
    for all the bikes.
Others should check in sometime when they get to town, or just show up for
    breakfast Sat morning ~7:00.
Around 4pm, Adam will pull his ski boat up to the dock, and can take people
out for wake boarding, skiing, and tubing all evening.

If it's cool enough to ride, we'll also be running bike tours up to Osprey
Point as folks arrive, a stout but fun climb through the woods to a
    spectacular viewpoint overlooking the lake:
    http://www.geocities.com/glaprade/ambEpic/PayettePan.jpg (thanks Greg)

Swimming or lounging on the beach should be perfecto mundo

Set up the shuttle pick up? Either Warren Wagon Road for 20-Mile Creek, or
Chinook Campground for Ruby Meadows/Loon Lake

    SLEEPING:

    Here's what the cabin has:

    Master Bedroom (taken)

Back Bedroom - Double bed, and room for sleeping bag on the floor

Middle Bedroom - ideal for a family Double bed and bunk beds (might be
    spoken for)

Front Bedroom - queen bed. (I might grab this bed, but room for sleeping
    bag)

Living Room, Family Room, plenty of couch and floor space for sleeping bags.

Cost: It's looking like if everybody that tentatively committed to staying
there comes, we'll be at about $20-$25/head/night. $5 less if you have to
sleep on a couch or on the floor.

    SATURDAY morning:

Power Breakfast avail at the cabin, (bring food) up early, hit the
trailhead ready to ride by 8:30 a.m. Or not....
If Duck Lake to 20-Mile Creek is cleared of deadfall by then, we'll do that
ride. As of today, no go.
That ride is essentially a heavy metal rock concert on wheels, with
occasional cuts to Handel and Debussy.
If not, we'll just have to suffer through Ruby Meadows to Loon Lake again.
    😉

    SATURDAY afternoon:

    More skiing with Adam if we get back early enough;
    Rehydration on the beach;
    Swimming;
    Pace Sail Boat (?)
    More riding if anybody wants more drugs;
    Cliff Jumping if enough interest:

    and yours truly:
    http://gallery.consumerreview.com/webcrossing/images/summervacation009.jpg
    Early p.m. bbq
    Trips into town
Toast Bob and Jerry; sing Kooombaya

    SATURDAY night:

    More of the same.

    SUNDAY a.m.

Ski Hill Riding at Brundage Mtn; or,
CB to lead a trip out to Rainbow Lake, easy-moderate, but *very* beautiful.
    (bring your cameras!)
    Lunch, swim, snooze
    Clean up, pack up.
Shed a tear, give a hug, and until next year...

    SUNDAY p.m.

Any interest in booking it over to Sun Valley (<3hr drive) to ride Elk Mtn
    http://tinyurl.com/5n6m8 or Fisher/Williams??

As always, we make this up as we go. So stay flexible and all suggestions
    and contributions welcome.

Can we ride with chainsaws? Like 1 tree or 100?

anyway, there is no "not" for ready to ride at 8:30.... a good early start
is a must due to heat and so on, so if you need your beauty sleep this
weekend I suggest you stay home.

oops, that was a little harsh, but you know what I mean.

CDB left Burgdorf off the list of things to do...

Adam called to check just a few minutes ago, and it's still more like 100
trees. but, who knows? If we get up there early enough on Friday, we might
    scope it out.

We're counting on you storming the cabin again this year really early with a
big pan and a wooden spoon waking everyone up on time!

Burgdorf at night would be a ripping hoot. During the day, the hot springs
are well, just a little, how do you say, hot? 😉

I say that's awesome. Good job recruiting.

Right now, I think the count is CB, AT, AG, A'sF, GM, Cg, Jg, P, MrP,
    JP, P'sF, P'sF2, G, SP, & Sp's-b. So I think the head count is at 13
    to 15.

Of all that group, I think only AT has an open bed pickup. I'll be
riding up with Cg &Jg in their SUV. I'll bring a 4-bike car rack, if
need be, and my repair stand.

OK, make sure that AT brings a moving pad, heavy blanket or something of
that nature. If we shuttle Ruby I have a really cool trick I learned from
the canadians on how to get a lot of bikes into a pickup truck.

Also, no P'sF2, just a F1 if I read that right.
