  1. I think im allergic to protein drinks...after im done drinkin one, my skin
gets all itchy with red blotches... Is there a protein drink alternative for
    people allergic like me?

    thanks

  2. You may have an egg allergy too.

There is a protein drink available for people with egg allergies, do a
search on google or ask at a good supplement store.

Before trying soy, I'd try different brands of whey. And note how your
current batch is sweetened. Some people can't do Splenda, and it may have
that. Also, you might try a whey isolate. I've heard it metabolizes
easier. It is more expensive however.

And, it should go without saying, try smaller than recommended servings at
first to make sure you don't have a serious reaction.
