  1. Every time I exercise I get the sweats, my breathing becomes labored,
my heart rate soars, I get muscle aches, my mouth gets dry, and my
body temperature fluctuates. Am I experiencing an allergic
    reaction???

No. Start easier, do a little every few days, build up from there in
both frequency and intensity, take periodic breaks (e.g., cut back 50%
    every 4th week).

Sounds like you've been exposed to Dihydrogen monoxide.

Death due to accidental inhalation of DHMO, even in small quantities.
Prolonged exposure to solid DHMO causes severe tissue damage.
Excessive ingestion produces a number of unpleasant though not typically
    life-threatening side-effects.
DHMO is a major component of acid rain.
Gaseous DHMO can cause severe burns.
    Contributes to soil erosion.
Leads to corrosion and oxidation of many metals.
Contamination of electrical systems often causes short-circuits.
Exposure decreases effectiveness of automobile brakes.
Found in biopsies of pre-cancerous tumors and lesions.

Sounds like normal response to exercise. You sweat, get out of breath,
your heart rate increases, you get thirsty... I don't know what you mean
by body temperature fluctuates, unless you mean what happens when you're
outside and turn into a headwind.

Your body can handle it. In fact, your body really can't handle it if
    you DON'T exercise.

    No.
    This is supposed to happen.

The symptoms will start getting better after only 2 weeks or so.
After 12 weeks, you will be a new person.

    bright. ;-)
