  1. Just got back from my WI---I am lifetime but had slipped a
little on the program. My husband started the program in
January so I got back into it seriously at that time. I have
lost 10 pounds since January and am at an all-time low,
119.6 lbs---lower than my original lifetime goal! Yesterday
I bought a new pair of capris and they were a size 6. I have
never worn a single digit size in my entire life! (I am only
5'1" tall so you can imagine how I looked when I was wearing
a size 16!) My husband has lost 34 pounds during the same
time frame. He looks like an entirely different person. He
still has a ways to go to reach his goal but the progress
has been steady the entire time. I am so proud of him and
the way that he has adopted the program as his lifestyle.
Our success has encouraged 3 of our friends to join our
group. Our leader is amazing---makes the meetings fly by and
we laugh through it all. Thanks for the help that I have
received from this group. I don't post often but read daily.
