  3. I think the fact that "the driver nearly collided with the cyclists" may have
    something to do with the shots being fired - but I'm no detective...

    It was pointed out in rec.misc that this was in a very rough part of town,
    so it's possible there was a "business relationship" between the parties,
    too.

    So, using Vandelunacy, all roadies are gun-totin' crack dealers.
