  1. A few times a year I have long business lunches when I have
too much to drink. I'm wondering if I could get in trouble
running after work being half in the bag. I'm careful to
hydrate. Does anyone know if this strains the heart or any
other vital organs? I'm 60 yrs. old

You said it in your post "to much to drink" to much is bad,
But a beer or two is great to have after a run. JMHO

  6. Like yeserday. when here in North Amerca. around 01000 .
wasen't carrying watch. You no there was a lunar eclipes.
were the moon past in between the sun and earth.

So:::::::::::::::: In america: puting a brown bottle to eyes
. or a beer bottle. and looing at sun. I watch the moon past
from left to right on lower side of sun. look some in
between clouds and when it was a full clear sky. awsome. yet
I was picking them up or 10 cent in Michigan. before start
of a new job to come maybe. sort of .....just tying
    again......
p.s. I did not break bottle. one side might hurt eye. next
one here is hunters moon or late October. Neet comet
be in the South West at night fall for next month or
so. look for a small star and a tail. going up and to
the north a little each night fall. (terminator) God
speed rr. p.s. LOL then again it could of been 2
    sides of beer bottle.

  7. Hey, i love my wine & after a run i feel i love a bottle or 2, i wouldn't if
i didn't run. But i have mates who work & then go to the pub & do no
exercise at all, hey, you could drop dead anytime of anything & even then
you wouldn't know about it, but wine instead of beer, definately, as it's
    less fattening! 🙂
