After riding my Muni with the saddle from my Coker today, I
decided it was time to do something about the saddle. I
figured I'd like to try an air saddle, so I did this quick
conversion: I used a 12" tube and inflated it slightly then
positioned it on the saddle and started wrapping duct tape
around the tube and saddle to hold it in place. Next, I took
a thick "over the calf sock" and pulled it over the front of
the saddle until it reached the seat post. At this point, I
split the sock and (using a curved needle) sewed the sock
back together and where it would not stretch far enough to
be sewn together, I simply sewed it to the duct tape.
