just my opinion, but I think that there should've been an age group for people 10 - 15 and 15 - 20, because that is a pretty broad age(people grow alot)
im 14, but my parnets say im to young to go to moab.

Well, your parents are probably right. I think there are a couple families going to Moab from Boulder. Maybe your parents would consider hooking you up with a family. Check out the Boulder Unicycling Club on line if you think there's any opportunity there for you.
It's kind of an interesting distribution so far. Seems like the majority of riders are in 2 distinct groups. I probably should have broken down the 10-20 group because I'll bet that the majority in that group are really in the 15-20 group. I'm really surprised that the 50-60 group is nearly equal to the entire 20-50 range.
Maybe once people get into their 20s they are moving on to family/career commitments and unicycling looses some of its appeal. Then, when they hit 50 they've realized that they shoulda been uni-ing all that time and they need to make up for lost time.

Don't forget the people who vote who are not going to Moab. They are probablly all the young and stupid. :p 🙄
This might be the first poll I've seen on the site that's actually useful (if enough people respond). It still seems a little early to try to figure out trends based on the responses so far, they're more about who posts on the forums than about who's going to Moab (same for any poll here). My MUni Weekends seem to divide very neatly between over-30 and under-30.

I thought you actually had me there for a second! But no. That was a great thread, but the poll in it was meaningless, even for the guy organizing the event. I would have needed to know *which* days people were attending to plan accordingly.
That thread is also a reminder that people are even more ready to ride Downieville again...

And, I'm oh so disappointed in those who couldn't figure out from the title that I'm trying to get an age distribution of people who are going to Moab, not of people who aren't going to Moab.
I am 16 and I'm going. 10-20 is winning by a lot...I wonder if there are really that many people going from that age group or most of them have just not figured out what this poll is for. Maybe for the future Rolf could add a separate column for age in the attendence sheet.
