  1. How much aerobic exercise would you do per day if you were a serious
bodybuilder? Like running or the exercise bike.

I do not understand the question.

    Neither do I.

But, hey, that's never stopped me from typing out 12 to 15 lines of
    [censored], right?

    Uh, wait...

The amount of aerobic exercise a bodybuilder will do is typically
dependent on his goals. If a bodybuilder is dieting down for a contest
then they'll do regular aerobic exercise/cardio to help them reach
their goals of a fat-free body, right?

Depends. There is no flat answer to that.

Running? F running. A "serious" bber is going to carry a lot of mass for
his frame and running is the last thing he/she should be doing.

Okay, Will. Right. Gotcha. No flat answer, but there is - obviously -
    a NON-answer, eh?

So, Brink, do you think the OP meant serious as in Mr. Olympia
competitor serious or serious as in "Hey, I'm a regular Joe who
    started bodybuilding now" serious?

Even if the OP is looking for pro-level info, wouldn't some general
cardio text have been more interesting than you sad effort?

    Yeah, and? And?

Dear OP, reword your question and please point out your context.
Apparently, Will is having trouble wrapping his rapidly balding head
around the idea that, oh, maybe, you might have meant serious as it
relates to the average trainer/exercise fan/bodybuilder.

Let's see, the OP mentioned aerobic and exercise bike *as well as
running*. They also said _/like/ running_ which to me - but, hey, I
don't have the vast (and for the OP *worthless*) experience of Mr.
Brink - would indicate just one example of cardio in general as it
relates to bodybuilding training rather than a request for information
    on marathon training.

  6. A good cardio for a bodybuilder would be a half hour of field
calethstics like you did in High School. Push-ups,sit-ups, windmills,
jumping jacks etc. Try to involve all your muscles instead of hammering
away at your knees as by just jogging.

See how easy that was? Thanks, Sid.

Note to Will Brink: Bonfire offered the equivalent of "F running"
however he offered a useful alternative for the OP as well.

There are a few guys in my gym who just seem not to be able to resist to say
    things like;

"Yeah, but i will bet you cannot run for a few miles....", after i finish a
set of machine front presses with over 100kg.
Why on Earth they assume i WANT to run in the first place is beyond me...
