Nice job!! Very finished look, unlike most of my homebuilts. What size are the wheels?? I'm not
familiar with the bent you used for a target.

Seat is clever. I've read about shaped aluminum.

Thank's - the coating is 2 component auto paint. (yes I use a mask when painting)

The wheels are both ISO 559 (or 26"😉. The original Challenge Focus uses a ISO 406 frontwheel and a

Thanks, I have no access to a TIG, so it's pop riveted. I'll post here, if everything falls apart..
The thickness is 2.0mm - I wouldn't recommend
1.5mm, at least not for the rear supporters. I shaped the alu by hand over a steel tank. It's not
too expensive, and a bit lighter and stiffer than wood.

Very nice

I think I have the original model of the bike, the M5 26/26 USS or the optima condor (they are almost the same) I see the rear frame has bend tubes, so I guess it is a copy of the M5.

I don´t have mudguards either, and the amount of dirt I get after a rainy day is huge, I plan to bend a PVC pipe to the right radius and use it to laminate a carbon fibre mudguard over it. so as to have a bended half pipe, the problems are the fitting to the bike, I plan to attach the fender to the rear rack, wich you don´t have, you will have to go all the way forward to the shock.
