I've looked for Acaster Mablis on the map but can't find it within
morning cycling distance of Crieff, so I'm guessing it's Quite Far from
here. Hope you are met anyway, and have a good "shnifter" ;-)

Your suppositions are correct, unless you cycle at a very fast speed
and have an extra long morning. Somewhere nearer York would be my
guess.. Ah, as always the 19th century records have it..

Didn't know where it was at the time, I'd just followed everyone else

lightweight !!!, the 24th is a Saturday, 400km will take about 22 hours
at most so set off after lunch Satruday to meet us on the Sunday. Now
that would command respect Dave, I'd buy you a pint if you did THAT.
