It's been several months now, and I'm gaining and losing the same two pounds
over and over again. I"m still exercising at the gym 3 times a week, walking
and never cheating. Should I go back to Induction or just cut back 10 or so
carbs everyday?

pounds of fat. That's water bounce and it's a pretty small
range at that.Quoted message said:

226/176/142 Age 66 FemaleHow tall are you, have you had your body fat percentage
measured, and exactly how did you select your goal?I've read your postings back several months and couldn't
find those numbers but I did find people who think you are
already at your ideal weight.Low carbing will generally only take you to what your body
thinks is its objective ideal weight. It is SO easy to
select a goal weight below that amount, but doing that sets
you up for either eternal frustration at thinking you're
stalled when you're actually victorious, or for needing to
stat eternally low in calories to stay below your ideal
weight. If you want to change your carbs, at this point increasing
has every bit as much chance as decreasing. Toss a coin and
try either, but if you're at least 5'9" you're already at
your ideal weight and anything you try will just be battling
maintenance rather than enjoying maintenance. -
I'm 5'4". I have lost body fat - about 5% since December. I'm going to start
counting carbs very seriously today and see where I'm at. If this is it for
me, so be it, but I'm sure that 175 lbs is too much for my height and age.
